The VCMI DC Outreach team has prepared a limited amount of homemade masks for our most vulnerable members in need. Please complete the brief form below and someone will reach out to you regarding your mask request. Masks may be picked up or delivered/mailed (using social distancing protocols) to those who are not mobile.
